Warranty and Return Policy

With great pride we value our customers in supplying quality refurbished ex-lease IT products, support and service. We will be glad to help you at all times and resolve any issues or queries. Feel free to reach us in case you have any issues or doubts on your purchased products.

Our highly trained & skilled staff at Datatek Pacific work day in & out to make each & every product pass rigorous tests & evaluate each product for its proper functioning & great user experience. All our products carry 12 months, hardware only, return to base (RTB) warranty. Warranty period starts from the date of invoice generated.

Warranty claims are entertained only during warranty period and are subject to checking process by Datatek Pacific trained warranty team expert’s opinions. In case of any malfunction of any product or its part, its customers liability to bear cost of making the product. Reach to us at our registered premises, for any queries on warranty, feel free to reach us on 0800 264 669 or email us on info@datatekpacific.co.nz and we will generate your return authorization number (RA). Our usual repair turnover time is 3 – 7 business days, unless a specific part needs time for procurement. On repair of the product our team will courier the same by our standard courier partners only.

Please do not send any units without RA number, Our warehouse carries over thousand products at any given time and RA number helps us identify your product and also speed up the process.

12 months RTB hardware warranty implies warranty of hardware/component sold by Datatek Pacific and any act of misuse, accidental or deliberate damage or external object entering the system will void the warranty, software errors or upgrade errors or any changes to hardware or software are not covered under warranty program & Datatek Pacific does not take liability to repair under such circumstances.

Any software products purchased at Datatek Pacific contain warranty of respective product manufactures & Datatek Pacific does not hold any liability for the same. Under no circumstances any malfunction of software will be returned for refund.

Consumable items such as battery, projector lamps, ink toners, etc do not carry warranty and Datatek Pacific does not take any responsibility for repairs or replacement of any by any means as they are not covered under warranty program. All new products battery comes with 12-month manufacture warranty and for refurbished or ex-lease products we don’t cover battery on our either 90 days or 12-month warranty.

Our esteemed customers do understand that we sell a combination of new, used, open-box and refurbished products and we do not refund back in case you change your mind once you order, so choose carefully. Any transit damage needs to be brought to our notice within 7 days & on proper assessment we will replace the same. In case you want to cancel the order, we charge 30% cancellation fee + $25 shipping & admin fee charges, which please note.
